How To Run A Family-Owned Limousine Service

LAS VEGAS — The 2013 International LCT Show will feature an educational session designed for family-owned or family-run businesses. A panel of family-owned limousine businesses ranging from small to large fleets will share insight and experience on how to make it all work.

Ty Bobit, CEO of Bobit Business Media, the parent company of LCT Magazine, will moderate the panel. Bobit Business Media is also a family-owned and –run business, with three generations currently working in the company.

The educational session, titled “Family Planning: Ideas for Keeping All Generations Happy,” will take place on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013 at 3:40 p.m. Attendees will learn how to keep their family relationships strong and loving while running and growing an enterprise that will thrive to the next generation. The program will include segments on how to maintain family harmony, resolve conflict, structure communications, balance time commitments and a much more.
