ABA offers, as a free service to its members, the resources of its experienced, award-winning communications department if they need help and guidance in working with the media, whether it’s during the aftermath of an accident or when the company gets a call from a reporter and the motorcoach company, tour operator or destination needs advice.
“As transportation safety professionals, we all believe that exceptional training and education is the key to making sure the motorcoach industry continues to be the safest form of surface transportation,” said Michelle A. Silvestro, assistant vice president and national marketing manager for National Interstate. “This NTSB Training Seminar will give motorcoach owner/operators and key staff important tools they need to help understand their role in a crisis management situation. National Interstate Insurance Company is proud to be the exclusive sponsor for the event.”
