19-year-old Zachary Jordan hired a driver for the night on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, according to the Utica Police Department,.

On the evening of Nov. 23, Utica Police responded to 900 Kellogg Ave. regarding a theft of service complaint. The limo driver drove Jordan and his girlfriend to various places during the course of the night, including Olive Garden in Syracuse.

Police say that after dinner, Jordan asked the driver to some borrow money to pay the restaurant bill.
