LAS VEGAS, Nev. — The day after the close of the ILCT Show in Las Vegas, more than 100 limo industry operators, vendors, and supporters came out to participate in a charity motorcycle ride for the Semper Fi Fund, which provides assistance to wounded veterans.
The Limo Patriot Ride was organized by Ron Stein, of Exclusive Sedan Serivice, and Mike Campbell of Grace Limousine, along with Linda Saitta, Mike Callahan, David Eckstein, and Jennifer Fisher Wong.
The event officially kicked off with a cigar tasting event the previous night. On Thursday morning, everyone convened at the Eagle Riders Motorcycle Rentals and Tours facility to mount-up for the ride.
The motorcycles lined up down the middle of South Arville Street before heading out on a three hour, 175-mile ride through Nevada’s scenic Valley of Fire National Park. After the ride, the group made their way to PT’s Pub for an after party with live music, pool tables, and raffles.
The ride was sponsored by many limo industry vendors and operations. In total, more than $15,000 was raised for the Semper Fi Fund. “It’s important to give back,” said Stein, just before strapping on his helmet and mounting a Harley. “That’s what this is about.”
