LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- In the service-oriented limousine and charter and tour businesses, if you live by the credo “You are only as good as your last ride,” it helps you to stay motivated to provide excellent customer service.  

That said, mistakes are bound to happen anywhere in the sales process – from the reservation to the actual ride, that can cause you to lose clients. It is possible to recover from these errors if you have the right tools in your tool belt.
