LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- In the service-oriented limousine and charter and tour businesses, if you live by the credo “You are only as good as your last ride,” it helps you to stay motivated to provide excellent customer service.

That said, mistakes are bound to happen anywhere in the sales process – from the reservation to the actual ride, that can cause you to lose clients. It is possible to recover from these errors if you have the right tools in your tool belt.

The 2015 International LCT Show has secured these pros: Jennifer Buffo, Pure Luxury Transportation of Petaluma, Calif.; Shannon Quinn, Corporate Transportation Solutions of Sacramento, Calif.; and Brett Tyson, BostonCoach/Dav El to help navigate this critical aspect of your business.

Titled “Successfully Recovering from Service Failures,” the session is being held Wedneday, March 18 at 2:10 p.m. in The Venetian / The Palazzo Casino Resort conference center.
