Tennessee Operator Buys TV Ads During Super Bowl

MARKETING MOVE: Grand Avenue Chauffeured Transportation will get its ads on local Fox Channel 17.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Grand Avenue Chauffeured Transportation, a Nashville-based ground transportation company that recently BOUGHT SILVER OAK TRANSPORTATION, said Monday it will debut a creative television spot for the luxury brand before, during and after Fox 17’s local broadcast of Super Bowl XLV on Sunday, Feb. 6. This will be the company’s first Super Bowl advertising endeavor.

GRAND AVENUE CHAUFFEURED TRANSPORTATION, the Nashville area’s largest transportation company, will introduce its luxury brand and world-wide travel capabilities during one of the most anticipated advertising events on television, also known historically as the Super Bowl of national advertising.

"When you consider the number of high net worth individuals who tune in to see the game — and the commercials — this is where brands can be discovered," said Carl Haley, president of Grand Avenue.

“We’re more than just transportation,” COO Bill Faeth said. “The dedication to our clients, the use of cutting edge livery industry technology and our late model luxury fleet allows us to meet all of the transportation and concierge needs of our corporate and individual clients.”

Keeping with the Grand Avenue brand promise of “Enjoy Life, Expect Luxury, Go Grand,” the commercial, filmed by local production firm StagePost, presents the vehicles and services in a sleek nighttime format with a dynamic soundtrack and features local Nashville landmarks such as Bridgestone Arena, The Hermitage Hotel, and The Standard restaurant. The 30-second spot will also feature various Nashville- based actors portraying affluent and prosperous characters as they enjoy Nashville through Grand Avenue’s chauffeured services.

Beginning at 11 a.m. on Feb. 6, viewers can catch the ad during “Road to the Super Bowl,” “Troy Aikman’s Greats,” and also during “Pregame,” “Super Bowl XLV,” and through the post-game “Glee” and “Fox 17 News.”
