The former ALT Worldwide wants to make sure every contact and ride is tailored to the client’s unique preferences.

DALLAS —ALT Worldwide Chauffeured Services, a global chauffeured luxury transportation provider, has launched a rebranding initiative under its new name: “RideCentric.” It’s a name that pledges to its motto of “great passion, dedication, and attention to details in what we do...”

In another word, RIDECENTRIC is customer-centric.

“The new branding reflects a stronger commitment to our customers with a ‘Bespoke Experience,’ says Kevin Hoque, the President and CEO of the company. Bespoke is the British term of customized service, meaning that each customer is provided with individualized service with every contact and ride.

RideCentric will offer the same services, reliability, and quality that customers have come to expect from ALT Worldwide Chauffeured Services. The company examines and enhances every operational process to better serve customers.

RideCentric’s new headquarters is located on the 56th floor of the Comerica Bank Tower in downtown Dallas, situated in the center of some of its larger corporate and hotel customers. The new location affords the company greater access to its customers with improved service levels and efficiency.

With environmental sustainability in mind, RideCentric has embarked on a paperless journey; an innovative idea to move away from the traditional booking process of forms and fax printouts. Every part of the dispatch and reservations process has been restructured to limit the need for paper, by incorporating the latest tools and technologies available in the industry. From reservation requests to chauffeur trip tickets, everything is paperless. This new paperless process is only one of the many ways RideCentric is trending away from the traditional approach to doing business.

With transportation services available worldwide and a corporate platform designed to track, control and manage expenses, RideCentric provides a seamless and consolidated solution to savvy travelers, travel managers, and corporations worldwide.

Specializing in groups and high profile events, RideCentric has is the preferred ground transportation provider of the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers, FC Dallas and AT&T Performing Arts Center.
