Partners Executive Transportation is named the official ground transportation company for New York’s Madison Square Garden.

NEW YORK — PARTNERS EXECUTIVE TRANSPORTATION one of the largest New York chauffeured transportation companies, and Madison Square Garden, announced a marketing partnership Friday, June 11 that makes Partners the priority transportation provider for all MSG venues, professional sports teams, and media assets.

MSG’s Sports division alone consists of owning and operating sports franchises, including the New York Knicks (NBA), the New York Rangers (NHL), the New York Liberty (WNBA), and the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL).

MSG’s venues include Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, the Theater at Madison Square Garden, the Beacon Theatre, the Chicago Theatre, and the Wang Theatre.

“The Madison Square Garden account is an incredibly exciting mix of sports, entertainment and business,” said Sergio Sanchez, executive vice president of Partners Executive Transportation, in a statement. “I believe that the opportunities that this partnership will bring will result in tremendous value to both companies, and we look forward to a long and mutually-beneficial relationship.”

The deal also provides a unique promotional platform for Partners to leverage the venue’s sports, entertainment, and media assets. As part of the new relationship, Partners will receive branding in-arena on LED and fixed signage during Knicks, Rangers, and Liberty games, and concert events. They will have exclusive marketing opportunities to premium customers in the arena, and radio spots during Knicks and Rangers games.

“When we were looking to form an integrated relationship with a ground transportation company, the primary criteria was to find someone that not only had exemplary service, but was also an industry leader. Partners fit that bill perfectly,” said Greg Elliott, senior vice president of marketing partnerships, MSG Sports. “We are happy about this great new relationship with Partners, and look forward to introducing their management team to our other Madison Square Garden marketing partners.”

Known primarily for its expertise in sports team transportation, including service to MLB’s New York Mets, Partners also has extensive experience with all types of personalities and celebrities in sports, music, and entertainment. Partner’s Executive Road Show division will work to support MSG’s television and entertainment events nationwide, coordinating the ground transportation required to move production staff and talent for the company’s full calendar of live sports and entertainment events annually.

“Partners is looking forward to using our experience in sports team transportation to assist the management and fans of the New York Knicks, Rangers and Liberty,” Sanchez said. “We are also excited to streamline and improve the quality of the chauffeured ground transportation services available to the MSG Network personalities, celebrities and the many fans attending concerts, the ‘Radio City Christmas Spectacular’ and other live entertainment productions at MSG’s many venues including The Garden, Radio City Music Hall, and The Beacon Theatre.”

PARTNERS EXECUTIVE TRANSPORTATION, founded in 1987, has grown into an operation that provides specialized chauffeured ground transportation services to more than 1,000 corporate, executive, sports and entertainment accounts in the New York metropolitan area and beyond.

With a fleet of about 100 vehicles, Partners Executive Transportation is one of the industry’s largest providers of chauffeured ground transportation, offering a full array of services including luxury airport transfers, customer-directed charters, transportation for special events, road shows and exclusive meet-and-greet service. Its fleet includes model sedans, SUVs, limousines, vans and buses. Partners was a 2010 LCT Operator Of The Year finalist.
