CHICAGO -- Town and Country Limousine in Chicago has acquired Delaware Cars and Limousines, the oldest established limousine company in Chicago. Delaware Cars and Limousines will continue to operate as a separate brand under the same name. The new acquisition brings the total combined fleet to 50 vehicles. Town and Country Limousine is best known for being a preferred Chicago affiliate for the past 15 years.

“We see this merger as an opportunity for continued growth,” explains John Jansen, president of Town and Country Limousine. Town and Country Limousine also acquired Mirage All Pro Limousines and Buses Ltd. in Chicago over the summer. Mirage All Pro Limousines and Buses, Ltd. had nine vehicles. The two acquisitions bring a new fleet of mini-coaches to Town and Country giving them the ability to meet the growing demand for mini-coaches in this market.

BOSTON -- Corporate Limousine of Bedford, MA has acquired A1 Airport Livery of Cape Ann, MA. The new acquisition expands the territory that A1 covers to include the Boston and surrounding areas, and the region from Cape Ann to Cape Cod. George Colarullo, co-owner of Corporte Limousine, said “With this acquisition, we are better equipped to cover a larger area in Eastern Massachusetts while not incurring additional costs, allowing our rates to remain competitive.”
