ST. JAMES, N.Y. — Create-A-Card Inc. has been authorized by the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission to provide the new Livery Passenger's Bill of Rights and protective holders for companies requiring these materials.

The required items are in stock and ready for shipment. Create-A-Card, Inc. applied to the NYC TLC to become an authorized printer for printing the Passenger Bill of Rights that are now required to be posted in all for-hire vehicles. The new Passenger Bill of Rights and the protective holders are now in stock and are available for immediate purchase through Create-A-Card, Inc. at (631) 584-2273.

As of July 2, the new for-hire vehicle rules will require operators to display the Livery Passenger's Bill of Rights in a protective holder behind the front passenger seat. You will be able to purchase the Bill of Rights from a list of authorized printers.

The NYC TLC wants to make sure that all passengers receive a quality, safe, and enjoyable experience in a for-hire vehicle. The rule pertains to operators of the following types of vehicles: 1) Black Car; 2) Luxury Limousines; 3) Community Car Services; 4) Community Van Services; 5) Para-transit Services; 6) Yellow Medallion Taxis.
