Aventura Announces Sponsorship Agreement with Orange Bowl Committee

AVENTURA, Fla. – Aventura Worldwide Transportation Service announced a sponsorship agreement with the Orange Bowl Committee, host of the 75th FedEx Orange Bowl and 2009 FedEx BCS National Championship. “We wanted to be a part of something we could identify with both personally and professionally,” said Scott Tinkler, vice president and general manager of Aventura Worldwide Transportation Service. “With a background in sports, I recognize the positive impact that championship games have on the community and the tourism industry.”

Recently awarded #1 transportation company in the in country, 2007-2008 by Limousine and Chauffeured Transportation (LCT) Magazine, Aventura Worldwide has been catering to corporate clients, the sports and entertainment world and the hotel industry for the past 20 years.

“Winning the award has made it a special year for us, and in its 75th year, it is a special time for the Orange Bowl Committee as well. It just seemed like the right time to get involved in something great,” said Tinkler. “We are very excited about our partnership.”

With a fleet of more than 130 vehicles, ranging from sedans and SUVs, to 61 passenger motorcoaches, and a full service meetings and conventions department, any transportation request can be accommodated. Aventura strives to provide the most personalized service that has become synonymous with the Aventura Worldwide name.

Attracting visitors and promoting tourism, the Orange Bowl Committee also generates diverse youth sports competition and strong community outreach each year by funding an array of grants, community programs and scholarships that benefit thousands of South Florida youth. The 75th FedEx Orange Bowl will be held on January 1, 2009, and the FedEx BCS National Championship on January 8, 2009. Both games will be held at Dolphin Stadium in Miami Gardens at 8 PM.
