CHATHAM, N.J. – CorporateCarOnline (CCO) limousine management system has completed its integration project with FleetBOOK, the company announced today. This marks FleetBOOK's first integration with a fully internet-hosted system.
Completing the integration provides CCO users a large national and international base of providers with whom they can exchange transactions in an fully automated environment. CCO integration also gives FleetBOOK users access to CCO’s hosted-application customer base.
FleetBOOK is a service that enables limousine service providers to “farm” reservations to an affiliated company, and enters the ride data directly into that affiliate’s reservation system. Changes, status updates and adding final charges to the reservation are automatically transmitted in real time, eliminating the need for faxing or multiple phone calls. FleetBOOK has completed integrations with the industry’s leading software providers, allowing ride data to flow seamlessly among limo companies using dissimilar softwares.
“Having CCO as a software partner adds a new dimension to our user base. Now there is nothing to stop traditional software platforms from communicating with affiliates who have subscribed to the internet-hosted model”, said Mark Kenny of FleetBOOK. “CCO users have been roundly enthusiastic about this new functionality and are signing up quickly.”
“CorporateCarOnLine was established nearly a decade ago with the idea of offering limousine companies inexpensive but powerful management tools without the need to actually purchase a software package to run their business,” Aaron Feig, president of CCO said. “CCO’s concept of ‘Software as a Service’ allows us to communicate directly and daily with customers to identify trends and services demanded by the industry. FleetBOOK’s automated farm management system is in high demand and a great addition to our offering”
CCO plans to offer the FleetBOOK functionality to all current and new users of its limousine management system.
