We Know Where You Should Be One Year From Today

Posted on October 8, 2008 by LCT Staff - Also by this author - About the author

UNCASVILLE, Conn. – Please mark Oct. 8, 2008 — and 2009 — on your calendars. If you are an operator or industry supplier, those dates will stand out.

Today, we are telling you about the LCT Eastern Conference, to be held Oct. 8-9, 2009 at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino in Uncasville, Conn. On Oct. 8, 2009, you need to be there.

Yes, we realize this year’s LCT East was barely one month ago. But it proved to be such a worthwhile industry show and fabulous confab, we couldn’t wait to tell you about next year’s. And there’s an added bonus to heading to Connecticut next year: Since the conference is being held one month later on the calendar year, you’ll get to see the onset of New England fall colors which peak throughout October.

The Mohegan Sun lies in a thickly wooded area along the scenic Thames River in central Connecticut, about equidistant from Boston, Hartford, and New York metro. So in addition to fueling up on industry know-how and connections, you’ll enjoy the getaway appeal of a fall weekend. That may not be big news to locals, but for autumn-less operators in California, Florida, and evergreen Sunbelt places in between, it stands out as a real seasonal treat.

And regardless of the state of the economy, what choice do you have? Operators need to connect with each other regularly to survive, and LCT by far stands out as the leading brand for industry networking.
