DALLAS – Savoya, a leading provider of global chauffeured services, announced the appointment of Dennis E. Foster, former vice chairman of Alltel Corp., to its board of directors.

Foster brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in the transportation and telecommunications industries. He currently serves on the boards of Yellow/Roadway Corp., NiSource Corp., and Alltel.

Robert Dobrient, president and CEO of Savoya, said, "We're delighted to welcome Dennis to the Savoya team. He brings a wealth of both entrepreneurial and large company expertise that will be invaluable as we continue our mission to reshape the chauffeured services industry."

"As a frequent business and leisure traveler, I've experienced the hassles that are common with chauffeured ground transportation,” Foster said. “Savoya is addressing a void in the marketplace by combining sophisticated technology with unmatched customer service, and I'm excited to be a part of that effort."

Headquartered in Dallas, Savoya provides chauffeured services for luxury travelers worldwide.
