BELLEVUE, Wash. — WeDriveU, Inc., Avis’s partnership program that offers chauffeurs with its rental vehicles, has opened a new office in Seattle several months ahead of schedule to address growing demand in the region, said the company.

WeDriveU's nationwide presence has grown from 10 U.S. markets to 16 this year.

The company appointed Christine Raugust as general manager for greater Seattle, reporting to Erick VanWagenen, director of national operations. Raugust will focus on operations, client service and business development across the Greater Puget Sound region.

"The Seattle market is very important to WeDriveU and being closer to our clients better positions us to provide them with outstanding personal service," said Dennis Carlson, CEO. "With Christine's solid experience in our busy Los Angeles/Southern California office, she's the ideal person to build relationships with local clients and serve leisure, business, and convention travelers who can enjoy everything this first class destination has to offer using Avis Chauffeur Drive by WeDriveU."
