MIAMI — LCT’s events department has announced some of the key speakers at this year’s Leadership Summit:

Phil Harkins is CEO of Linkage, a global organizational development company specializing in leadership development and training. His clients include senior executives and teams at leading organizations in more than 25 countries located in Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. In addition, Harkins is co-chair of The Global Institute For Leadership Development, which has trained and developed more than 4,000 leaders from around the world.

Manesh Rath is a partner at Keller and Heckman LLP. He represents management in employment law, labor law, and occupational safety and health law. Rath has authored employment law articles in several publications, including The Labor Lawyer, and is a co-author of the OSHA book, Occupational Safety and Health Law Handbook. He has handled cases in more than thirty different jurisdictions throughout the nation. He has been lead counsel defending employers in collective and class action matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage-hour laws.

Scott Solombrino is president of Dav El Chauffeured Transportation, one of the world's largest privately held luxury chauffeured ground transportation companies. In 1978, he founded the Massachusetts Limousine Owners Association, and six years later helped start the National Limousine Association. Since then he has served four consecutive terms as its president and many years (including the current one) as a member of its board. Solombrino also is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Business Travel Association and was named president of the NBTA Allied Leadership Council in 2005.

Keynote speaker Denis Waitley is recognized as a world authority on high-level achievement and personal excellence. With more than 10 million of his motivational audio tapes sold in 14 languages, he is the most listened-to voice on personal and professional development. He is, perhaps, best known as the author/narrator of bestseller "The Psychology of Winning." Waitley has also authored ten non-fiction books on self management, including two national bestsellers: The Seeds of Greatness and Being the Best. Recently, Waitley was named "Outstanding Platform Speaker of the Year" by the Sales and Marketing Executives' Association.
