LCT Publisher Sara Eastwood’s Letter on LCT Leadership Summit

MIAMI — A letter from LCT Publisher Sara Eastwood to operators on the upcoming LCT Leadership Summit, which will be held June 1-3, 2008, at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach:

We are absolutely ecstatic to report that not only did the event “sell out,” we are currently over our projected participation. We normally strive to keep the Summit to a maximum of 100 delegates, not including sponsors. This year, we surpassed that!

In a challenging economy, this kind of turn out is telling. The Leadership Summit’s primary objective is to arm owners and presidents with interpersonal skills needed to be effective. We added some critical sessions at the last minute this year to include a strategy session on navigating through a tough economy. Thanks to the participation of Dawson Rutter, Mark Munoz, Craig McCutcheon and moderator, Scott Solombrino – this one session will surely justify the cost of the entire event.

I personally cannot WAIT to get down to South Beach to reconnect with this group and brush up on my own leadership skills. For any last minute stragglers, we do have cancellations from time to time so please call our event manager, Kristen Messineo, immediately if you would like to attend.
