LCT Eastern Conference Releases All-Star Speaker Line-Up

TORRANCE, CALIF. — Howie Franklin, chief steward of Air Force One for five presidents, will be a keynote speaker at the 2nd annual LCT Eastern Conference. Taking place September 12-13, 2006, at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino in Uncasville, Conn., LCT East will feature 12 sessions and two keynote speakers, and include more than 30 industry experts, service professionals, and motivational speakers. LCT East is targeted toward owners and managers in the limousine and chauffeured transportation industry, especially east coast operators, and is sponsored by LCT Magazine.

Mr. Franklin’s presentation will include both informational and humorous remarks about customer service and dealing with the presidents, their first ladies and staffs, presidential guests, secret service, press, and crew. Day two of the conference features Doug Lipp, former head of training at Disney Studio’s Walt Disney University. Lipp’s presentation, “The Magic of Exceptional Customer Service,” will provide fascinating stories, unique insights, and invaluable lessons.

Other session topics include a panel of LCT Magazine Operator of the Year winners, How to Establish Yourself with National Affiliates, Advertising on a Shoestring Budget, and for the first time, an intensive Limousine Business Start-Up Boot Camp.
