BOSTON — Three women who rented a limousine to attend a holiday concert in Boston were left without a ride home when their driver was arrested midway through the job. The women paid Belley's Limo Service in Tyngsboro, Mass., $350 for round-trip service. After the concert, the driver dropped them off for dinner. The women said that the driver never returned to pick them up.
A Boston police report showed that the driver was charged as a disorderly person when he allegedly refused to move his limousine from a “no standing” zone. Limousine company owner Don Belley at first refused to provide a refund since the women had been dropped off and the company was already six hours into the job. He later changed his mind and offered to return $300 to the clients.
