OLYMPIA, WASH. — The state of Washington’s legislature has eliminated most of the statute that previously laid out the definitions of stretch limousines, chauffeured sedans and executive vans. Those decisions will instead be handled by the licensing agency and the state police through administrative rules, which are more easily revised than state law.
