Rollz Royce Surveys Clients, Buying More Hybrids

PALO ALTO, CALIF.— Rollz Royce Limousine Service polled some of its top clients on how they would feel about “green” fleet vehicles, and the positive responses have prompted the company to incorporate hybrids into the fleet. The company hopes that the green vehicles will help offset the cost of rising gas prices, and also believes that the hybrids will enable them to capitalize on a growing environmental consciousness among consumers.

The company surveyed 12 of its top clients by using hybrid vehicles from a local Toyota dealership to show the clients how the hybrids looked and felt as a fleet vehicle, and the responses were overwhelmingly in support of the hybrids. The clients felt that the Camry model hybrids were roomy enough for transport and they also liked the earth conscious message that the hybrids project.

The clients also had access to Toyota corporate representatives who were on hand to answer any technical questions they might have about the hybrids.

Rollz Royce Limousine Service President Maurice Brewster said, “The results of the polls have led us to make the decision that we are going to move forward with the Toyota Camry hybrid, with limo-black paint, tinted windows, black interior, and upgraded tires and rims, so that the luxury is similar to a Town Car but with a `green’ statement.”

The company will bring in one Camry hybrid to the fleet of 34 vehicles to start off, but hopes to add more in the near future. Rollz Royce Limousine is also set to launch a new marketing campaign to advertise its new “green” approach to luxury ground transportation.
