DEARBORN, Mich. – Ford has re-introduced end-user cash-back incentives on 2003 and 2004 Town Car and Excursion limousine packages, as well as Town Car livery and “L” series sedans. These incentives are in addition to extended warranty incentives, which were increased for the 2004 model year.

Incentives for 2003 models sold after July 1:

·535 livery sedans: $4,000 customer cash back, with a three-year/150,000 mile livery ExtraCare ESP warranty.

·418 limousines built by a certified Qualified Vehicle Manufacturer: $2,000 customer cash back and three- year/150,000 mile ExtraCare Lincoln limited warranty.

Incentives for 2004 models:

·535 livery sedans: $2,750 customer cash back with a four-year/150,000 mile livery ExtraCare ESP.

·418 Limousines built by a certified Qualified Vehicle Manufacturer: Four-year/150,000 mile ExtraCare Lincoln limited warranty. Model year 2004 vehicles are now on sale.

Cash-back incentives can be assigned to a customer’s down payment. However, they cannot be used in combination with other retail or fleet incentives. Incentives on 2003 vehicles are good until December. Incentives on 2004 vehicles are good until December 2004.

Incentive programs may be extended, as needed, according to Mike Bedard, Ford’s limousine and livery manager.

Ford’s ExtraCARE Extended Service Plan and Limousine Limited warranties cover more than 100 key components, including power steering, brakes, suspension, engine, transmission, rear wheel drive, air conditioning & heating, electrical components and other components.

Coverage carries a $50 deductible and is transferable to future owners for a $50 fee.

Availability, benefits, coverage, and provider may vary by state. Operators should refer to their contract for specific provisions.

Restrictions:

·Florida vehicles: Due to unique state regulations, Town Car livery (535) and Excursion limo purchases in the state do not include free ESP coverage. However, these plans may be purchased from dealers in that state.

·Hearses: QVM hearse conversions (419) are eligible for purchase of retail ESP coverage. Lincoln dealers can provide pricing and registration details.
