MIAMI — Registration is picking up for the LCT Leadership Summit, a one-of-a-kind executive retreat for chauffeured transportation companies. This year’s event will be held April 22-24 at the picturesque Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami. The Summit is an exclusive and intensive three-day leadership skills program for owners and senior management of large luxury transportation companies. In its seventh year, the LCT Leadership Summit has been the industry’s only intimate forum that focuses exclusively on the changing trends of the limousines and chauffeured transportation industry.

Speakers include: Gary Heil, Heil and Associates. As a director, attorney, author, consultant, and coach, Heil has worked with leaders in many of the world's most admired companies. He is the co-author of six books, and his client list includes Walt Disney, American Honda, Fidelity Investments, Intel, Williams Sonoma, Target, Patagonia, Hard Rock Café, General Electric, Harley Davidson, and many others. Manesh Rath, Keller & Heckman, LLP. Rath counsels and represents businesses and associations facing employment discrimination charges, wage and hour laws claims, wrongful termination lawsuits, OSHA citations, and most other areas of human resources law issues. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, where he currently serves as Vice President and sits on the Board of Directors for the Northern Virginia Chapter. Rath works with several chauffeured transportation companies and has previously been a well-received speaker at the Leadership Summit.

Romy Saunders, Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Saunders will speak on the philosophy and training that helped rank her hotel’s customer service as one of the highest in the industry. She will provide in-depth principles that can be applied to transportation companies in order to insure stellar customer service.

There will also be a panel discussion covering the use of farm-outs in the industry. Attendees will hear from some of the most successful operators in the business to learn how to establish procedures that will instill confidence in the farm-out’s quality control.
