Will TNCs Play In Peoria?

PEORIA, Ill—The old expression, “Will it Play in Peoria” meaning that if it works there it will work anywhere, is about to be tested by Uber and Lyft as the two major TNCs continue to expand and battle it out in smaller cities across the country.

Illinois has been a hotbed for TNC and regulatory agencies, as both the state and the city of Chicago continue to deal with the TNCs as they set up shop and challenge both taxi and limousine companies for business.
