SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. — One hundred and two years ago, the Collins Bus Service started taking children to school in Wapping in a horse and wagon, or, when it was snowy, a horse-drawn sleigh.
Ninety-five years ago, John Collins bought the company's first motor bus.
