ALBANY, N.Y. -- Sara Bond’s eyes widened as the 10-foot stretch limousine pulled up Thursday evening at the Santiam Highway Dutch Bros.
But she and fellow barista Aaron Atkins soon were beaming as they learned about H.O.P. E. Albany Inc., and scrambled to fill the orders for the eleven H.O.P.E. passengers inside.
