In addition to providing real-time vehicle tracking, wireless dispatching, order management, and in-vehicle credit card payment capability, eFleet software can now keep affiliates and trip planners even more closely connected to the trip status of their customers.
Clients receive an email with a link which opens a Web window displaying real-time information on trip status and enables vehicle tracking. Trip information such as flight status and a chauffeur's phone number also can be included.
More than 90,000 devices have been deployed worldwide for limousines, transit and paratransit, work truck and roadside assistance.
