Jim Mosely Jr. took the opportunity at the LCT East show to introduce a number of upgrades and new features to the Trip Tracker dispatch management software package:

Web Based "Remote concierge"

This feature gives direct access to the client for their own reservation.  This is 100% safe access as Trip Tracker is a Web based server.

GPS

The new GPS features allow operators to track chauffeurs' using a cell phone code.  This can be done with any JAVA capable telephone.

Non-verbal chauffeur communication system

Chauffeurs can now update the dispatch screen using codes in their phone.  This will also allow operators to close out their jobs in real time.

Transponet Interface

Trip Tracker can now communicate with transponet users allowing them to send and receive jobs through the system.
