SAN FRANCISCO - Online travel itinerary and trip planning service TripIt said Wednesday it has integrated its services with clients of The Hudson Group.

Clients of The Hudson Group, including GO Airport Shuttle, the world's largest airport shuttle company, will now be integrated with TripIt. Travelers can now add their shuttle reservations to a free TripIt itinerary with just one click.

The Hudson Group is a technology company based in North Andover. Mass. that builds, integrates, and delivers office and Internet-based reservation, dispatch, ticketing, vehicle tracking, and communication technologies for transportation companies worldwide.

TripIt enables travelers to build a master itinerary for their trip and automatically add details to it by forwarding travel confirmation emails to plans@tripit.com. TripIt supports more than 500 travel booking sites including more than 20 top shuttle services. With the new integration, travelers using GO Airport Shuttle and other Hudson Group client sites can click the TripIt icon on the confirmation page and automatically have their shuttle details added to a TripIt itinerary.

"Getting to and from the airport is an important part of a traveler's itinerary," said Mark Ustik, Hudson Group CEO. "And clients using our HWeb Reservation Manager can now offer a free travel itinerary service to travelers."

The Hudson Group used the TripIt API to enable its developers to build on TripIt's open itinerary platform. More than 100 developers are using the TripIt API to create new services for booking shuttles, tracking trips, mobile travel, and more.

"New services like this are exactly what we imagined when we launched the TripIt API earlier this year," said Scott Hintz, TripIt co-founder and VP Business Development. "Travelers using booking sites powered by the Hudson Group can now get their itineraries, plus access to other TripIt travel tools like sharing, calendar sync and new apps for services like the iPhone and LinkedIn."
