He is also the author of “The Complete Guide to Operating a Successful Limousine Service” and “Beyond the Basics: The Complete Guide Part 2.” He also co-authored “Stretching It: The Story of the Limousine.”
Mazza will be presenting two seminars at the LCT Show. His first seminar, “Complete Marketing Strategy For Your Limousine Company,” will begin with developing a mailing list and budget and extend to Internet strategy, network strategy, hiring a salesperson (or acting as your own), direct-mail strategy, and how to become the recognized expert in your field.
Mazza’s second seminar is “Developing Managers From Within Your Company”. “In order to grow a limousine company (or any company), an entrepreneur must develop talented employees who will make his or her vision a reality. This session will start with, “Hiring Managers-in-Waiting,” to “Developing a Career Path,” to a precise strategy on how you can keep these talented individuals on a long-term basis.
Pat Williams – Keynote Speaker Co-founder of the Orlando Magic Pat Williams has been affiliated with the National Basketball Association since 1968, and he now works for the Orlando Magic, a team he co-founded in 1987 and helped lead to the NBA finals in 1995. Williams is a renowned author and motivational speaker, and the author of 25 books, including his most recent, “How to Be Like Mike,” a motivational book about Michael Jordan.
As the keynote speaker for the 2003 LCT Show, Williams will present “The Seven Keys to Leadership in the 21st Century.” In his speech, Williams will discuss the seven keys to leadership: vision, communication, people skills, character, competence, boldness and a servant’s heart, using examples from both the sports and management world.
