MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — The LCT Leadership Summit on June 9-11 achieves a winning formula for limousine operators: Ample places and activities to relax and make friends with plenty of time to plan for future success.

The easy schedule of the re-energized 12th annual Summit will pull off what none of the previous ones have: A record 12 networking activities amid sessions that will help you handle big business trends ahead: How do run your company better when so much is changing? How will it look three years from now? What technology do you need to survive?

It all happens at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach and the most sought-after hang-outs of Miami Beach. There’ll be lots of good food, free and unlimited daily cocktails, and the gift of time to enjoy and get to know your fellow operators.

Networking
The first day of the Summit on Sunday, June 9 alone has four of the 12 networking events: Golfing at Turnberry Isle in Miami; a deep sea fishing excursion out into the Gulf Stream, where operators can drink beer and catch sailfish, shark, dolphin, Mahi, kingfish, snapper, grouper, swordfish, Marlin and much more; a Latin-inspired welcome dinner at the Ritz’s DiLido Beach Club; and Club Night at SET, a recently re-opened ultra-exclusive club that is one of the hottest in Miami. Summit attendees will get their own VIP area, where you can experience a pulsating fulcrum of drinks, debauchery and dancing.

On the second day, five more networking events will bring together operators from morning until after midnight: A Summit breakfast, a Leadership Lunch with a special speaker guest to be announced, beachside volleyball games and a cocktail making contest, and dinner in a private area at Hyde Beach at the SLS Hotel. Once dinner is done at 10:30 p.m., the revelry surges onward to an after-hours party at The Betsy, a historic landmark hotel in Miami Beach’s famed Art Deco district. Bus service will be provided by Worldwide Transportation of Miami between Hyde Beach, the Betsy Hotel and the Ritz-Carlton South Beach.

Tuesday networking wraps up with another breakfast and a Farewell Lunch, following a half-day seminar from the Disney Institute on Disney’s Approach to Quality Service. The seminar alone has a value of $2,300 per person, well above the early-bird conference pass cost of $1,100 per person AVAILABLE until Friday, May 10.

Forward Thinking
While the Summit offers the most networking to help you bond with the industry, the conference also puts some brain power into your business.

Monday’s technology panel, The Big Picture, will venture into Topic A: How limousine companies will look just a few years from now with the growing influence of mobile apps and tablet technology. Leading technology experts Tom DePasquale, Amy Harris, Doug Anderson, Bill Faeth, and David Hirsch of Livery Coach Solutions, will engage in a spirited and sharp panel discussion that will invite your questions. MORE INFO HERE.

The technology revolution continues after lunch with the debut of a cloud-based, groundbreaking software from MadKota Technologies. MadKota will roll out its Beta Program to get input from limousine operators on how to fine tune its system to your needs and demands. Spearheaded by limousine industry veterans David Seelinger of Empire CLS and Bill Faeth of Inbound Marketing Agents, this new cloud-based software solution allows you to use smartphones and tablets to run your entire operation — reservations, dispatch, GPS tracking, flight tracking, chauffeur communication, client interactions — from the palm of your hand or from a laptop at a coffee shop. The system is ideal for operators of all fleet sizes.

Two other unique Summit highlights that you can only get from LCT:

  • The first meeting and panel discussion of the LCT Fast 40, a problem-solving group of under-40 owners, executives and leaders geared toward harnessing the know-how and insights of the limousine industry’s up and coming generation. LINK HERE.
  • The Disney Institute’s exclusive half-day seminar on bringing your customer service to the highest quality level. Learn what Disney’s executives and Cast Members have been practicing for years. LINK HERE.

Operators attending the LCT Leadership Summit not only stay in the loop, but they help shape it.
