MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — Limousine operators attending the 2013 LCT Leadership Summit will learn how to achieve high quality customer service during a prestigious seminar from Disney Institute on Tuesday, June 11.
"Disney's Approach to Quality Service" half-day seminar will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. It is the first-ever Disney-led seminar to be held at an LCT event.
Summit attendees will gain tools to improve their business service levels by being immersed in the successful Disney model. They will learn the same philosophies as Disney Cast Members. (Disney refers to employees as Cast Members). Delivered by Disney Institute facilitators, the session is an exclusive opportunity for limousine operators to understand the service fundamentals behind the Walt Disney Company®.
The Leadership Summit takes place June 9-11 at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach.
