Reduced Hotel Rate For 2013 ILCT Expires January

Posted on December 19, 2012

LAS VEGAS — International LCT Show attendees and exhibitors are entitled to discounted rates at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Book your room before rooms are sold out or before the room block expires on January 11, 2013.

Last year, rooms sold out, so don’t take the chance of waiting until the last minute: Book your room now.

Here are some important reasons why you should book inside the International LCT Show hotel block:

  1. Booking in the block helps the fiscal livelihood of the Show. International LCT Show is bound by contract to fulfill a specific block of rooms in order to offer you a special rate. If we don’t meet the quota, we are financially responsible for any unused rooms. That may eventually result in increased registration or exhibit booth fees.
  2. Be where all the action is! The educational sessions, exhibit hall and networking events are all located at the host hotel. There is no need for taxi cab costs and you can save your feet for walking the exhibit hall. Also, all of the other attendees are staying at the host hotel so you can network and talk shop anywhere onsite.
  3. Pick up your badge when you arrive at the hotel! International LCT Show will be onsite at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino on Monday, Feb. 4 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-in at the registration desk and then grab your badge and a beer at the Monday registration happy hour. This will save you valuable time and taxi money!
