ILCT 2013 To Share Ten Crucial Tips For Hiring Chauffeurs

Posted on December 11, 2012

LAS VEGAS — Chauffeurs are the make-or-break components of limousine companies. All the logistical planning, vehicle maintenance and luxury amenities mean absolutely nothing if a company’s chauffeurs can’t deliver the best client experience. But while good chauffeurs are the linchpin of a successful operation, they are not so easy to find.

An NLA-powered session at the 2013 International LCT Show, called “Ten Things You Need To Know About Hiring Chauffeurs,” will address this problem and teach operators how and where to find good chauffeurs.

LCT Operator of the Year Scott Woodruff of Majestic Limousine, based in Des Moines, Iowa, and Arizona Limousine Association president Barry Beall, owner of First Class Executive Global in Phoenix, will share valuable advice and insights into the recruiting and hiring process to build an exceptional team of chauffeurs.

Among the tips shared by Woodruff and Beall include screening techniques to root out the apples that appear shiny but really have black spots hidden inside, and how to set up a talent pipeline.

The session will take place on Feb. 7, 2013 from 3:40 p.m. — 5 p.m. at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino conference area.
