Schedule Of Activities Announced For LCT Leadership Summit

The 2012 LCT Leadership Summit will be held Oct. 22- 24 at the Waldorf-Astoria El Conquistador Resort along the Caribbean coastline of Puerto Rico. The activities for the week are as follows.

Monday, Oct. 22: Beach Day
7 a.m. - Noon: Golf (4 groups of 4; Optional. Sign-up required.)

11 a.m. – 4 p.m.: Palomino Island team building  

  • Volleyball
  • Cocktail making contest
  • Sand castle contest or scavenger hunt
  • Box lunch + bottled water
  • No host bar (full service beach club)

 
7 p.m. - 10 p.m.: Welcome dinner

  • Caribbean flair
  • Batucada and Plena group
  • Cigar roller
  • Rum tasting
  • Guayaberas

 
Post Evening (10 p.m. - ?)

  • Bioluminescent tour (additional fee; up to 30 people max) from 10 p.m. – midnight; 5 minutes driving or easy walk to bay.
  • Martini bar and billiards
  • Casino


Tuesday, Oct. 23:
7 a.m. - 9 a.m.: Breakfast on the veranda

8 a.m. - 9 a.m.: Yoga on the lawn

9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.: Getting the ULTIMATE Balance between Personal Health and Professional Performance – Part 1 by Billy Sheehan

10:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.: Meet the sponsors break

10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.: Compete, Innovate, Succeed by Bill Taylor

Noon - 1 p.m.: Working lunch

1 p.m. - 3 p.m.: Intentional reflection Workshop

3:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.: Monetizing technology

7 p.m. - midnight: Palomino Island bonfire bash

Wednesday, Oct. 24
7 a.m. – 9 a.m.: Buffet breakfast

9 .am. – 11 a.m.: Communication Strategies & Presentation Skills Training by Joe Yazbeck, Prestige LeadershipAdvisors

11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.: Mental leadership by Guatum Jain

12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.: Farewell lunch
