TORRANCE, Calif. -- The limousine industry's exclusive executive and leadership conference will be held Oct. 22-24 at the Waldorf-Astoria El Conquistador Resort along the Caribbean coastline of Puerto Rico, offering attendees a complete menu of recreational and social activities in an all-inclusive resort.

LCT recently signed the contract for the 11th annual LCT Leadership Summit, a working vacation-style mix of elite seminars and speakers, networking events, and social activities. LCT has reserved a block of oceanfront rooms in a cliffside tower, guaranteeing all attendees get optimum views. The conference rate is $185 per night.

Registration for the Summit opens June 1 at www.lctsummit.com. The conference fee is $1,100 per person, and will include more food, beverage and activities than at last year's Summit.

Located about one hour outside of San Juan, the El Conquistador Resort boasts a wide array of facilities and attractions, including a casino, beach, word-glass golf course, six swimming pools, a water park and slides, seven bars and restaurants, a deluxe spa, a night club, retail stores and a Starbucks.

LCT is still planning a conference schedule of seminars and speakers, but the line-up will exceed that of the 2011 LCT Leadership Summit held in September in Miami Beach. Attendees also will have opportunities to network with key leaders and executives from throughout the chauffeured transportation industry.

The highlight of the Summit will be LCT's reserved use of a private island near the resort which will offer attendees plenty of opportunities to relax and frolic. The island hosts volleyball, snorkeling, team-building exercises and cocktail-making contests.

American Airlines is offering a 5% discount for attendees. The latest round-trip airfares for Oct. 21/25 as of today from JFK to San Juan was $126.35, including the discount, and from LAX to San Juan was $163.40. JFK flights are non-stop.

First Class Chauffeurs of San Juan will be the official ground transportation provider for attendees and a premium sponsor of the event.
