100 INDUSTRY STARS: LCT Compiling Annual Fleets List

Posted on April 27, 2011 by LCT Staff - Also by this author - About the author

WHO’S WHO: Operators with medium to large fleets are eligible for the industry’s annual fleet rankings, also a key reference for the business travel industry and meeting planners to find chauffeured transportation providers.

TORRANCE, Calif. — LCT Magazine has posted a live online survey for the 2011 100 Largest Fleets List, to be published in the August issue.

This year, the unitary list will be ranked based on the number of owned and/or leased vehicles in a company’s fleet.

Each company should submit its best insurance company contact for added verification of fleet totals. Please fill out the survey by Friday, May 6, 2011, 8 p.m. EDT/5 p.m. PDT.

This year’s fleets list will be presented to the Global Business Travel Association and Meeting Planners International. While LCT recognizes that fleet size does not determine the quality of customer service or a company’s profit performance, the size of a company does show its breadth of market coverage — a key component in attracting business and professional group travel.
