Liberty Agency Underwriters Launches Limo Program in California

Coverage under Liberty’s limousine program includes commercial automobile liability with limits up to $1,500,000 and physical damage with deductibles starting at $1,000.

FAIRFIELD, Ohio – LIBERTY AGENCY UNDERWRITERS, a specialty commercial insurance provider of Liberty Mutual Agency Corporation, has announced the expansion of its limousine program into California.

Underwritten by PRO TRANS, INC., coverage under this program includes commercial automobile liability with limits up to $1,500,000 and physical damage with deductibles starting at $1,000. The limousine program is designed primarily for experienced limousine operators with vehicles seating up to eight passengers, providing transportation on a pre-arranged basis.

ProTrans is a transportation wholesaler and program administrator specializing in the limousine industry, offering a full-range of insurance products and solutions. Supported by a staff of specialists, the ProTrans team has been underwriting and producing transportation insurance programs for more than 20 years – with combined transportation insurance experience in excess of 40 years. Liberty Agency Underwriters has been the carrier for the ProTrans limousine program since 2007.

The program is available to all independent insurance agencies in California. Liberty Agency Underwriters currently offers its limousine program in limited distribution in Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
