ELS International and Avalon Transportation Merge

Posted on January 21, 2009 by LCT Staff - Also by this author - About the author

NEW YORK — A Elegant/ELS International Network and Avalon Transportation have merged to form one chauffeured transportation company.

ELS International staff and facilities will relocate from Staten Island to Avalon’s Queens facility and combine vehicles. All ELS staff will remain in tact as will the Avalon personnel. Joseph Cirruzzo, Sr., owner of ELS International, said, “We are excited about the merger. It will allow us to better serve our clients and expand our network worldwide. The two companies compliment each other.”

The new company will have more than 150 vehicles. Cirruzzo will assist in managing the worldwide network while Joseph Cirruzzo Jr. and Julia Rosenthal will help manage the NYC operations.

ELS has an established worldwide network of companies that provide service to its client base. ELS also has a strong foothold in the travel agency and corporate leisure market. Avalon, owned by Jeff Brush, serves the high end corporate and entertainment markets along the West Coast, primarily in the Los Angeles market.
