ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. Learn tips and strategies that will help you hire, train and better manage your most important asset — your chauffeurs during a special comprehensive Chauffeur Clinic Seminar and Training clinic to be held at LCT-NLA Show East Oct. 20 from 1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. in the exhibit hall at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

All too often companies overlook the management and continuous education of their chauffeur staff. This clinic will teach and provide the tools you need to build a consistent, reliable, and organized procedure for hiring, vetting, training, and maintaining a professional chauffeur staff. In addition, there will be emphasis on how to deal with fatigue and driving.

Sometimes, chauffeurs are hired quickly and put right to work, skipping important onboarding procedures. This special clinic will provide the foundation for implementing a comprehensive program that will increase client satisfaction and generate new business.

Two expert speakers, Michael Lindsey and Robert Crescenzo, will share their insights and knowledge about how  to improve your chauffeur staff’s level of service and safety.

Michael Lindsey, Lindsey Limousine, Hartford, Conn., will share tips and strategy on how to better manage and train chauffeurs.
