Social Media Tips For The LCT Show

The International LCT Show is right around the corner. We’re only a few days away from the world’s biggest limousine industry trade show. On Sunday, March 16th, over 3,000 chauffeured transportation professionals will gather at the Venetian Palazzo Hotel and Resort Casinos in Las Vegas, Nev. They will represent limo operations from around the world, large international providers along with local market, small-fleet affiliates, and also the industry’s largest vendors will be exhibiting to show their latest wares.

Networking is a big aspect of limo industry business, and to help you better stay connected, LCT Magazine has gathered a “Street Team” of industry volunteers to help guide attendees to all the hot spots and places to be during the show.

LCT will also be posting a Twitter and Facebook widget onto the homepage during the show, so that attendees can share their own posts with the LCTMag community. We encourage all of the attendees and exhibitors to use the official #LCTShow hashtag during their posts, (along with any other hashtags they’d like to include).

For Twitter just include the #LCTShow hashtag and it will come up on the LCTMag homepage widget. For Facebook, use the #LCTShow hashtag and post your content onto the LCTMag Facebook page. Our Facebook admins will be looking at the #LCTShow hashtag and page postings to re-share onto the main LCTMag Facebook timeline.

Social media is a great way for you to tell your peers in the industry about interesting products you see on the show floor, or to remind people about must-see educational events, and also for late night networking gatherings as well.

For any first-time show attendees or those that are new to the industry, you can ask Street Team members any questions you might have about the show. You can contact them directly through their info posted on the Street Team Page, and you can also address the Street Team using the #LCTShow hashtag. Team members will be monitoring the feed during the show and will answer back.

Finally, you should definitely do yourself a favor and download the official App for the International LCT Show. The 2015 International LCT Show App provides you with the full show schedule, showing you what time and which room # every session, event, and show floor event is happening at. It also has an attendee register, where you can create a profile, and see others who are attending and get in contact with them. With the App you can also save and highlight key events you don’t want to miss out.
