LCT Magazine is gearing up for the International LCT Show next month, March 16-18, at the Venetian & Palazzo Resort Hotel and Casinos in Las Vegas. There are going to be a lot of operators and vendors from all over the world there, and I’d like to invite you all to get more involved by following LCT on social media, (Facebook, Twitter) and posting events and happenings from the show using the #LCTShow hashtag.
LCT has a special LCT Street Team, made up of volunteers attending the show who have agreed to lead the charge on social media coverage, and help first-timers navigate through the schedule of educational sessions and show floor presentations. The LCT Street Team is still taking volunteers. You can contact me at [email protected] if you are interested in joining the group.
The Street Team will use the #LCTShow hashtag to regularly post about interesting events happening during the show, and also answer questions from show-goers who post inquiries. Volunteers for the Street Team will get special VIP passes for the show with upgraded venue access.
The Fast40 session is going to be focused on courting the Millenial Buyer, and the panel is going to have five speakers who have a number of ideas on how you can successfully grow your business among a generation of changing buyer habits and mindsets.
Robert Cardiff is a young industry entrepreneur starting WhipRides in the San Gabriel Valley, Calif. He grew up in the limo industry. His father still operates Cardiff Limousine and Transportation in Palm Springs.
Eilisabeth Jachym-Allan is a social media and digital marketing expert and has worked with limo companies in the Chicago area. She was on the last panel at the LCT Summit in Miami last year.
Selim Aslan started MIB Transportation in San Diego with one car in 2009, and has built it up to a fleet of 13 cars.
Cory Zucker works at Regency Limo in New York City. Zucker grew up in the industry, working in a variety of roles at established limo companies throughout the East coast.
Nick Kokas is the vice president of Brentwood Limousine in Michigan. He’s found success introducing new business models to the company that have allowed the fleet to fulfill on-demand and short-notice affiliate work.
