READY, SET, SHOW: Just a last-minute reminder —and invitation — to make sure you arrive in Atlantic City, N.J. Sunday morning to attend the opening session of LCT Show East: “Congress of State and Regional Associations” at Noon sharp. All attendees are welcome to attend the meeting, and lunch will be provided to the first 100 arrivals.
Philip Jagiela, executive director of the National Limousine Association, will lead association presidents and their respective executive boards in a discussion on regulatory and legislative issues.
The special guest speaker is Anne Kriegner, assistant deputy director of the division of operations in the, New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness, who will discuss security issues pertinent to the luxury ground transportation industry. In her role, Kriegner is responsible for overseeing the detective bureau, the intelligence bureau, the training bureau and the counter-terrorism watch.
“We look forward to collectively bringing together the leaders from state and regional associations to share their accomplishments, and address challenges to the industry as a whole and also in their respective regions,” Jagiela said. “We anticipate a valuable discussion to understand how each association, while unique, has very similar struggles. Our goal is help members chart a plan of action that they can implement to further their regional goals coupled with our national collective goals.”
