RMA shared this customer e-mail testimonial with LCT, which speaks for itself:
"Good morning RMA, just wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your chauffeurs, Mr. Cecil Smith. I attended a retirement ceremony Friday at Ft. Myers army base in Rosslyn, VA, where my friend's son, who by the way was the person retiring, forgot his dress shoes. While in your vehicle just joking, she asked Cecil what size shoes he wears. Well, to make a long story short, to save the program her son ended up in Cecil's shoes (LOL).
I watched Mr. Smith take off his shoes and slip on some gym shoes out side the van in the rain smiling and laughing the whole time that’s what made me ask the question......WHY IN THE WORLD IS THE DRIVER CHANGING HIS SHOES HERE? AND WHEN I HEARD THE WHOLE STORY I HAD TO TELL YOU ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEE, AND HIS GREAT PERSONALITY AND FUN LOVING ATTITUDE!
